Raphael places deep emphasis on mindful movement, smooth transitions, and transformation from within. His classes are thoroughly prepared through the integration of the physical practice, breath work and meditation. He thoroughly enjoys teaching in the Hatha and Vinyasa styles, while also appreciating the Yin and Restorative side of Yoga.
