Tony takes a personal and individualised approach to his yoga teaching, influenced by his own experience as a practitioner of Ashtanga yoga. Hence his teaching will be focused on Ashtanga inspired Hatha and Vinyasa, combined with breathing practice, yoga nidra.
Tony’s yoga practice is not just about physical poses, but also about mind purification, life principles reflections and self-awareness creation. Teaching for him is a sharing process with his students. The ultimate purpose of his teaching is to help students become more caring and confident as well as find their inner peace.
