Michelle started yoga to relief stress from long days at work and to keep her weight in check. Soon after, she fell in love with the practice and has been at it since 2013. Her passion drove her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training.
Michelle’s teaching style is warm and sincere, with a clear intention to share with others as much as she can. She teaches various styles of yoga which includes Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga.
