Influenced by her yoga practice of 6 years, teachers, peers and environment, Louise aims to teach with an open mind and heart, and to bring a sense of mindfulness and empowerment to each of her classes.

The basis of Louise’s teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit everyone, through balance and harmony of the body, breath and mind. Practicing with awareness and mindfulness, her goal is to have students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed.
