Lina has been a fitness enthusiast since her University days and has competed in local triathlons and long distance running. In 2007, she found Bikram yoga and since then yoga has been her primary method of staying fit and centered. Lina’s practice has evolved since that first class and she is now a deeply committed and consistent student of yoga, exploring different methodologies to broaden her perspective.
She loves all types of movements within the yoga spectrum and in her personal yoga practice, tends to gravitate more towards a strong and dynamic sequence as well as a vinyasa based practice.
Lina have been a yoga instructor since 2019. On the teaching mat, she is disciplined and adventurous yet also very aware of different body types and experience of her students. Expect a playful, creative but grounded balance in her classes!
