Janice started practising yoga regularly in 2018 as a way to keep herself active. Like many others, she found that there was so much more to yoga than just the “exercise”. Through yoga, she became more aware of her body and breath, and that breath-mind-body connection has helped her to find calmness in times of chaos.
Janice took up a 200-hour YTT course to deepen her practice and understanding of yoga and got certified in November 2020. That was just the start of her yoga learning journey and she believes that it is one that will last a lifetime. She is particularly interested in how bodies move and continue to learn through various resources e.g. online, books. Janice hopes to be able to share the practice of yoga with others, help them connect to their breath, and provide a space for their bodies and breath to flow
