Clara’s chance encounter with yoga was in 2009, Munich, Germany. Frequent practice had brought her calmness, mindfulness, strength and flexibility. When she moved back to Singapore in 2010, she picked up running and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). She found herself suffering from stiffness and sport injuries. She picked up regular Hatha yoga and Aerial yoga practice and found flexibility and calm again.
Over the past few years, yoga has been part of Clara’s life. She continues to expose herself to different types of Yoga like Aerial and Ashtanga yoga. She enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and committed to long-term health and fitness goals.
