Charlotte has been an enthusiastic yoga practitioner since 2015. She has a background in Psychology which specialises in mindfulness combined with body and mind therapy. Her passion in yoga goes beyond just the fitness aspect of it. She believes that yoga is a mediator in coping with emotions and acts as a stress relief mechanism.
Charlotte’s yoga practices covers a variety of postures, breathing exercises, mediation, matras, spiritual beliefs and/or rituals. She is an energetic self-starter who possess excellent communication skills in engaging communities.
