Stephanie has been practicing yoga regularly since 2012, and initiated her deeper studies with a 200-hour teaching certificate in 2015. Since then, she has offered all manners of group yoga classes to teens and adults in a wide variety of settings, from corporate offices and public libraries to the county jail. A trauma-sensitive approach informs her teaching, and her main interest has always been creating the safe space for practitioners to experience aliveness through movement, breath, and meditation . After Stephanie relocated to Singapore, she remains committed to continuing on this path of learning and sharing.
